I am interning in the spring and need someone to sublet the spring semester or the remainder of my lease if interested. I have my own bedroom in a house just off of campus and I share a bathroom with one other clean guy. The house is new this year and comes with a furnished living room, a new kitchen, and a washer and drier in the basement. There is also an outdoor patio which is very nice in the spring and summer. The house holds 10 people and although it is a big house, it is never too noisy. I am leaving at the end of the fall semester for my internship so while I pay $630/month, I am willing to negotiate the price to have the place subletted.Any questions about the place or to check it out, please contact me!
