Eat your meals in the quaint dining area next to a remodeled natural light-friendly kitchen (new cabinets, granite countertops, faucet/sink, ceramic tile flooring). Each bedroom includes new ceiling light fans, new laminate flooring, fresh curtains for the open closets, window (master bedroom), and sliding balcony door (guestroom). There is a full common bathroom (each bathroom has low-flow showerheads and toilets in addition to new ceramic tile flooring), a wall heater, and is cable-ready.
