Laundromat is located on Lusitana Street which is a 5-minute walk. Lusitana Street is on the city bus line #6. We would like a minimum one-year lease. Rent is due on the 1st and late on the 5th. We are very strict on rent being paid on time. If rent is late, a $75 late fee will be due and payable immediately. Minimum one year lease.
