Sunrise over the water and the lanai/pool deck are wonderful. An oasis for relaxation and social entertainment. Its a great space to work from of you are a remote worker. The best community I've ever lived in, all the neighbors are friendly. The community has get togethers regularly for dinners, we all have holiday gatherings, go to birthday parties, social events, even work out together - a true community. This community is so good i moved from one house to another within it.
