    This is one of the nicest homes in the neighborhood, with one of the best views, on one of the best lots! If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet, inexpensive living then our 1,000+ Sq Ft 3 bedroom, 1 ½ bath home could be for you! Located in the peaceful, quiet neighborhood of Villa Vista Estates, there is only one road in and out so there is no thru traffic. Located a little over a mile back off of Rt. 8, we’re away from the hustle/bustle but we’re only 6 miles from Giant Eagle/Lowes and about 8 miles from WalMart. Our home is situated on a ¼ acre rented perimeter lot which backs up to a wooded hillside. Lot rent is $330 per month for 2 people. Taxes run about $300 per year total. Our back yard is private and contains a 64 Sq. Ft. raised vegetable garden along with a 10 X 12 shed for garden tools/storage and a covered area for firewood. We bought this house in 2012 and completely remodeled it with the intent of spending the rest of our lives here (which we’ve decided not to do). At the time, we had the entire interior of the house gutted…down to the bare sub-floor (which was all solid. Nothing needed to be replaced). We drywalled the LR (with concrete Hardie Board on the floor and in the wall area where the wood stove is), Kitchen, Master Bathroom, bathroom (Hardie Board behind the shower area) and Master Bed Room. The kitchen is all new cabinets, countertops and appliances (except for the range which we got from our daughter). Also included are a Stackable Washer/Dryer and a Upright Freezer. The Master Bathroom has a walkin shower (tub size in length), built in linen closet, and thermostatically controlled heated tile floor (which we just love in the winter months! It keeps the entire bathroom toasty warm!) The living room has a Woodburning Stove (airtight) that will absolutely roast you out if you don’t keep it burning at the lowest possible burn. We added a complete Central HVAC unit with a 3 Ton, 13 Seer Energy Efficient Heat Pump. All new Double Pane Insulated Windows (that tilt in for easy cleaning). Insulated metal front door and storm doors make the whole house relatively airtight, draft free and comfy. Our home has a 8X8 covered front porch. A 32X12 carport and a 8X20 covered rear (concrete pad) patio. Unfortunately, our situation completely changed and we have to relocate. Our loss can be your gain. We are selling with all type of yard accessories included ie; lawn tractor, lawn mower, garden tools, garden cart, firewood cart etc. Just bring your furniture and move in!
