PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING I'm renting out the main two floors of the house. I'll be renovating the basement and eventually living there myself. The basement has its own exterior entrance, so the only shared space will be the garage. Inside the Home This is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home with plenty of room, good storage, and a comfortable layout. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a heated floor and a large walk-in closet. A second bedroom also has its own full bathroom and walk-in closet, which works well as a guest room or for someone who wants a little more privacy. The other two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a heated floor. In one of those rooms, I added some closet-style storage so that it can be used as a walk-in closet. The home has an Ecobee thermostat, smart lighting in several rooms, and access to Google Fiber internet. There is also a wood-burning fireplace in the main living area. Garage and Outdoor Space The house has an attached three-stall garage. You will have use of the large two-car section, and I'll use the separate one-car stall. The fenced backyard is pet-friendly and has a patio with outdoor lighting, a fireplace, and a pizza oven. Curbside trash and recycling pickup are included. Location The home is in a quiet, established neighborhood and is within walking distance of several schools. A Little More About the Arrangement Since I'll be working on/living in the basement, I'll be nearby if something around the house needs attention. And I can perform much of the routine maintenance that you'd typically be responsible for at other homes including lawn care. I'm also planning to make future updates to the main floors, so if there's anything you feel needs updating during your stay, I'm very open to doing it immediately. Depending on timing and what makes sense, that could include painting, flooring, appliance updates, or additional smart-home features. Electric, gas, and water will be split according to usage.
