The bottom floor has a full bath and large bunk room. The lake is part of a private hunting and fishing club that spans 700 acres. There are only 50 members which keeps it quiet. It is a great combination of fishing and boating. Smaller boats and water craft are allowed during the day but there is a no wake rule 6p-10a. The metal roof was replaced in 2019 and so was part of the lake wall. We are including our jet skis with trailer, life jackets, tunes, and ropes.
