3. Property Condition: You accept the property in an as-is condition. Renters agree to submit requests for changes to the property in writing.
4. Deposits: Applicants are required to submit security deposit via online payment within 48 hours of signed lease. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the lease. If owner permits a pet, the pet deposit must be paid before move in.
5. Photo ID: All residents 18 or older must submit a copy of their driver's license or other approved photo ID with the application.
6. Credit: A credit report will be run for each applicant 18 years or older.
7. Criminal: A criminal background check will be run for each applicant 18 years or older.
