Feel free to walk around the outside and peek in the windows. Next, we are looking for someone who is ready to rent now and has first months rent and a damage deposit of $500. We also collect a last months rent which is paid in advance or after you move in depending on your credit. If you are curious about pets, dogs cost $50 extra per month and cats cost $100 extra per month. Finally, after you have seen the house: We do a credit check at our expense. Our two big requirements are decent credit and steady employment, if one of these happens to be an issue, please find a co-signer for the term of the lease. Our leases are 6 months in length and at the end of the 6 months we do a month to month rental.
