Beautiful home! I have been the only one living in it since it was built in 2008. I love this house and I love the tight knit community where it is located, but it's just way too big for me. I am in no hurry to rent it. If I find the right people that I can trust my beautiful home to then I will rent it. I just want to make sure that it's going to be taken care of and appreciated. I plan to move back into it in the future - once my son gives me some grandchildren - but for now I can let another family appreciate the space. The community has a FB page that you could possibly join so that you can be aware of the community events as well as lost pets and just news going around in general. Halloween is HUGE on my street and this year will be the 3rd annual christmas parade - the neighbors that own golf carts and anyone else that wants to join, decorate their vehicles and parade through the streets throwing beads and candy to the spectators.
