We are the original owners. We have loved the arches all over the house. The arches give the home a nice flair and rounded corners to add. We also have a huge backyard that could easily accommodate a pool and have plenty of yard for play. Recent updates are the roof and Trane air conditioners. The is a 4+ garage with polyurea flooring. All bathrooms have adjoining full bath. There is also a study with a large closet that could be a workout room or baby room right off the master. The block we are on has only one way in/out so fairly protected from traffic if you have small children.
