Maintenance keeps our common areas very neat and clean, with beautiful flowers and plants, as well as our pool area. The unit is near A+ schools and major highways, minutes from downtown Miami Lakes. Association fees are very low and includes insurances and basic cable. The apartment is very well kept, just six months ago it was painted and a new rug installed in the bedroom. The rest of the apartment is tiled. Overall this is a good , quiet place to live, must see!
