Actually I am selling two undeveloped adjacent parcels as one unit adding up to nine (9) acres. It is incorrect to list this as one parcel of 2.93 acres. The smaller parcel has a home site footprint where the family residence used to be located so the buyer may want to build there while keeping the larger lot with its beautiful trees as a nice place on its own. Recently I was offered $51,000 for the timber. Both parcels are buildable. The smaller one has a vandalized deep well (628') which in my opinion could be resuscitated to increase value of the parcel when the excellent quality and production are recovered.
