We are also 2 miles from the outstanding parks, Barton Springs and Zilker Park, and 1 mile to Ladybird Lake Trail and Auditorium Shores. After a long day of fun activities, come home to hang out and share a bottle of wine on the huge back deck under the Live Oaks (and glowing solar powered lanterns at night), or relax on the front porch swing and watch neighbors walk by.
