Hello, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. The studio I rented is located in Uncommon, across from Kroger, next to a bus stop, and within walking distance from The Ohio State University (about 5-30 minutes by foot, depending on which building you're in). It's just south of campus. The studios are currently no longer available on the property's website and go for a higher price if you get on the waitlist. I'm moving elsewhere, so I would love for someone to take over my relatively affordable contract! The place is fully furnished, including bed, couch, TV, desk, chair, washer, dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, etc.. There's A/C and heating, as well as a personal bathroom. The property includes shared spaces such as a terrace, pool, gym, and study room with free printers.
