We are looking to sublet the top floor of our townhouse. There is a large master bedroom, with private full bathroom, and large closet. We are also renting a second smaller room, and the hallway bathroom. Both bedrooms have new paint and new carpet. As well as other upgrades and fixes throughout the house. All is located on the third floor of our townhouse. We are currently renting the basement. There is a third bedroom that we use for storage.. The kitchen, main living room (we currently have work out equipment in the living room), dining room, half bath, and laundry room are all shared. Parking will be by permit only (there are many spots available out front of the house) There is currently one cat in the house. We are located in Centreville, just minutes from Rt. 66, and close to just about everything. We are looking for a clean and quiet leasee. Since there are two rooms, we would consider a mother and child. No pets please. No Smoking. Split monthly electric, water, cable and internet.
