House is in a very desirable location near shopping, restaurants, and other services. Lease term is flexible - short term may be acceptable so let me know what the needs may be. Neighborhood is quiet and calm so any roommates will need to keep the peace. Wi-Fi and basic TV are included. No smoking on the property. If given a garage door opener, a deposit of $75 will be required. Access to common areas includes kitchen, living room, bath, backyard and patio. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Some calm, small dog breeds may be acceptable.
