A peaceful home with lovely mountain views from the upstairs. Two stories -- the upstairs has windows all around, and a small porch. Downstairs there are two covered porches. A traditional adobe with latillas and vigas. Truly a restful sanctuary. Every tenant we've had in this house, has absolutely loved it, and raved about the peace, quiet, and beauty of the country surroundings. An irrigation ditch, providing a lovely sound, runs through the property, which includes large cottonwoods and mature apricot trees. Electric and gas utilities are paid for by tenants. We pay for water filtration and irrigation water. It's about a half hour commute to either Los Alamos or Santa Fe.
