New attic installation done in 2017. Townhome is about 935sq ft. Approximate measurements of Master bedroom is 12 ft x 15 ft with walk-in closet measuring 6 ft x 5 1/2 ft. Guest bedroom is 12 ft x 9 ft. Association Fees $195/month which include outdoor maintenance and garbage. Average utilities include : Gas $62 , Electric $45 except in the summer can be higher with AC and Water is $25 every 3 months. Taxes in 2019 are $1,414.10 The home is currently rented out for $950 a month and tenant also covers utilities. It is a single lady, family friend, who has lived there for 6 years and would like to stay if new owner is interested. She currently is on a month to month lease but willing to sign a year or more. I have not raised rent on her but currently rent estimates for this home are $1,300/month or more. Just had rental inspection and received certificate for 2019.
