This map doesn't show you the accurate location. Livingston Road is off of Route 82 not far from the Taconic State Parkway. It is in the Town of Taghkanic and is not far from Livingston. The land is an absolute paradise, secluded up on a mountain; although, there is a neighbor there as well. There are no electric poles. There are four (4) potential pond sites, beautiful field stones such as shale and quartzite, two potential views especially during the Fall and Winters. One view is of the Catskills and the other is of the mountains near Boston Corners (?), I believe. Those two points (of the views) are in opposite and diagonal locations on the property. The driveway is a mile in; it is a right-of-way. If interested, please contact me to make arrangements in bringing you up there.
