This is a 2nd floor unit with a nice ft porch & picnic table offering a view of both the ocean & the bay. Inside there is a large living room/dining room combination, the fully equipped kitchen is convenient and adjacent to the living areas. There is a hall leading to 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. The rear BR has a queen bed & private bath, the middle BR has 2 full size beds and the front BR has a queen bed. The hall bath services the 2 front bedrooms. The living room has a queen size sleep sofa. All beds have mattress & pillow covers and bedspreads. You furnish your own sheets, towels and beach supplies. There is a 25" color TV with cable & VCR/DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, Mr coffee, crab pot, flatware, dishes pot & pans and most everything you will need. I rent by the week -- Sunday noon to Sunday noon and NO PETS are allowed. At these low rates, I do not offer any maid or clean-up service. Each guest cleans the unit upon leaving and makes it ready for the next guest. This works fine -- 80% of my guests are repeat customers. It is available @ $950 the week.
