WINTER RENTAL This well kept unit offers a peaceful retreat with a stunning view of the bay. This is a condo on first floor. Right outside front door is shared pool. Not much walking. This condo is on the Bay Side directly across the street (quieter side) Beach is about 3 or 4 blocks away (noisy side), either can walk or drive. This can sleep 4 comfortable but can sleep 1 or 2 more. Parking in front of building. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. The price that i am giving is for the winter months September thru April 30, 2026. After that the rates changes to weekly or per night rates is available. This 2 bedroom furnished meticulously maintained is ready for you to move in on December 1st 1 Queen, 2 Singles plus pull out couches-2. No linens, towels and blankets , No smoking or vaping no pets. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. EXCEPT CABLE BUT HAVE FIRESTICKS AND INTERNET. this is a winter rental. gas, water and electric included in the rental price.. It is included in the price given. There will be an additional charge for cleaning of $175.00 at the end. Deposit of $1000.00 for incidentals. Will be given back provided nothing is broken at end. this is on the bay side of seaside heights which is quieter. this is 2/1 bath condo. has pool but don't think it is open during your stay. this is a furnished condo. nothing to do but move in. if anyone is interested please contact me directly by phone number or email.
