The only reason why I personally didn't move into this gem is: lack of furniture. Seriously though, I know it must be hard to believe, and it definitely is. You will probably not going to see an enormous 3br/2ba with 2 gigantic living rooms (one was not enough) for the price of a renovated 1br apartment again. Did I also mention the enormous private and unfinished roof area that you will be able to overlook from either your dining area or master bedroom while enjoying all the sun exposure it provides? And let's not forget that each bedroom has their own closet and could fit a king size bed easily, plus furniture. I hope you don't get lost while checking the pictures of this absolutely rare and tremendous apartment. Note: you might need a good amount of time to appreciate the entire space and record a walk through so you can prove to the posterity that you experienced this surreal moment when this apartment was up for grabs for a nearly symbolic amount. Super and manager are both very responsive and amazing to deal with, from the point of view of being a tenant myself.
