Deeded access to Oyster Pond at the end of the Lane to put the kayak in and convenient to downtown Chatham. A/C units and wifi too. Be delighted with open style living! As you walk in the front door you enter the open living room with Flat screen TV. Through the spacious living room is the kitchen and dining. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area has a door to the deck and backyard. The deck has a dining set with gas grill. The yard has plenty of room for the kids to play , has extra seating and has an enclosed outdoor shower. The grill master in the group will enjoy cooking up some burgers and chicken, while the kids kick a ball around and the adults sip on their favorite beverage. With a mix of sun and shade everyone is sure to be pleased. To the right of the Living area is a hallway. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed. To the left is Bathroom #1 with tub/shower. Further down the hall is Bedroom #2 with a Queen Bed and Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and a Trundle bed with 2 twins. The finished lower level has a family/game room with a Queen sleep sofa, Flat Screen TV and a ping pong table. There is also Bathroom #2 with a shower and the washer/dryer is on this level as well. Kayak included (use at your own risk). No Smoking and No Pets Please! Enjoy Off Season Special Rates. This is a Saturday - Saturday Rental in Peak Summer Season with a 7 day minimum. Ask us about shorter off season stays. Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented through our linen/concierge services. Please ask our guest specialists for details. To confirm a reservation: For reservations made over 60 days awayyou can make 2 payments 50% deposit plus a $125 process fee with reservation and then the final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Master card and Visa for payment. Departure Cleaning and Accidental Damage Protection (up to $1500) are included with your reservation. There are no extra fees. Area Information: .1 to Oyster Pond deeded access at the end of the road to launch a kayak, canoe or Stand Up Paddleboard (we can assist you in renting these through our concierge services) .5 to Oyster Pond for swimming .5 To the village of Chatham for shopping, ice cream, band concerts and more! .9 to the Ball field to watch the Chatham A's or to the Children's Playground under 2 miles to all of the local activities and things to do: Lighthouse beach, The Fish Pier for great seafood or a seal cruise - or boat to the outer beach! The beach bar at Chatham Bars Inn (Open to the public) or take in a massage or facial at Le' Petite Day Spa! What ever you do - this house offers the perfect location for you to have fun! *Mileage is approximate This is a summer rental only. Available on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
