Room for rent starting January 1st. Room is in a three bedroom house in a quite neighborhood in South Portland. Rental is equally shared by three residents, including one bathroom. With full use of the rest of the house, deck, and yard. Two female housemates. Both are very nice and respectful. They are both in school and working. One cat in the house who is very sweet. But no more pets are allowed. Lease runs until the end of May. With the option to renew for a year on June 1st. Landlord is very responsive and takes care of any issues right away. Must pass background check and credit score check. No smoking No pets Tenants are responsible for all utilities. It is about $100-$150 a month per person depending on the season.
