There's a dishwasher in unit and free laundry in basement shared with just the upstairs unit (myself and my gf). Great deck, grassy backyard with lawn furniture/lights and access to the grill! Unit has access to off-street parking in driveway. Driveway is shared between the two units but I don't have a car so 99% of the time it will just be you. It's about 1min to the 89 bus, 10mins to the green line and 15mins to the orange line at Assembly square. Move in is just 1st month rent + security deposit, signing a lease of atleast 9 months and enough employment/financial documentation to show you're a stable tenant.
