In the fall and winter take in the home-team football, hockey, and basketball games, saunter home after, it’s that close. Bowling is a thing in Silver Bay! How cool is that? There is a lot, I mean A LOT, of cool fresh water nearby. That’s right, big ol’ Gitche Gummi, the shining big sea water, is just down the hill a bit. There’s so much cool water here, it makes its own microclimate of comfort year-round. Spread all that H2O out and you can cover all of North and South America in a foot of it!
