The under house garage has over 35 ft to the cellar stairs and open space to store other small vehicles besides the 10'x 35' space .The last picture with the station wagon shows the property line of the driveway to the right of the wagon - it's marked with pins in the cement .Currently I will sell it for $275,000 or make cash offer or I will continue to improve upon it . A local contracter/ invested said for $60k he could bring it to the $375k plus level .( A neighbor's house on the main road I am off of on 151 Morrill St. just sold for $425,000 ). I could sell it to you quickly if you want to enjoy the rest of the summer in the Lakes Region .
