The rent is reduced from $4500/mo. to $3500/mo. in exchange for taking care of my sweet, mellow cat Sally (feeding her twice daily and scooping her litter). She's low-maintenance and full of love - so being a cat lover is essential! A $3500 security deposit is fully refundable within 10 days of your departure. About the home: It's truly a special place bright, peaceful, and filled with Maui sunshine. Located in Central Kihei, it's a 7-minute walk to the beach, and a quick stroll to restaurants, cafes, and shops. Fabiani's pizza is just around the corner, and Safeway is a 3-minute drive. You're also close to beautiful beaches, golf courses, the Kihei boat ramp, and Maalaea Harbor home of the Maui Ocean Center and the incredible Whale Dome.
