There’s about 12 years of payments remaining on the solar lease. The house needs work: kitchen floor, doors, windows, mice ate the electrical to the garage (I think?) so I’m using an extension cord from the basement. Little leak in the pipe from the well. The house would be perfect for someone that’s handy! It likely needs a new septic though there are no issues with it. Front porch would easily convert to farmers porch vs replacing the leaking windows. PLEASE NOTE: Home is being sold AS IS. In an "as-is" sale, the seller makes no repairs. Consequently, buyers using strict government-backed loans (like standard FHA, VA, or CHFA) often cannot buy the home. Also, first time home buyers would also have difficulty obtaining funding.
