It is part of a small community with several other residents on the property. I live in the main house upstairs where I also rent 2 rooms and I have 1 Air B&B for short term stays. My mother also lives on the property. She is an artist and a storyteller and loves to entertain guests around the campfire in her little fairy garden :). I am a shamanic practitioner, ceremonial facilitator and spiritual coach. My home also operates as a retreat center where I occasionally host retreats, workshops & ceremonies. I value a great sense of humor :) There's a hiking trail within walking distance that leads to the Pecos National Forest and we are 10 minutes from the river. Theres also a hot tub on the property available for anyone who wants to help maintain it. I am seeking a "community oriented" person or couple who is eco- conscious, passionate & knowledgeable about gardening & permaculture & would be enthusiastic about utilizing the garden & contributing to occasional work parties to enhance the property making it clean & beautiful ~ while having fun doing so! I am an easy 20 - 30 minute beautiful drive to Santa Fe from the Glorieta/Pecos area. Pecos is a small village surrounded by national forest, rivers and hiking trails. There is a gas station, a few restaurants and a little farmers market in the summertime. There's also a Dollar General and a medical center but if you want healthy organic groceries, I recommend shopping in Santa Fe.
