Other utility costs will be responsibility of the tenants. - Common areas must be free of personal items after use. Please return items to your room or designated storage. - Trash and recycling bins should be emptied regularly. Each tenant will have a designated day to take out the trash. - Please ensure the bins are taken out to the curb on [Trash Collection Day: Thursday] and brought back in promptly. - Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This includes loud music, TV, and conversations in common areas. - Occasional guests are welcome, but please inform your roommates in advance. - Guests may stay overnight up to 2 nights per month.
