Hello, my name is Adam and I am about to be a Senior Accounting and Finance major at URI this fall. I recently just purchased a duplex in Westerly RI and I was wondering if anyone wanted to rent out the bottom apartment from Sept-May ideally, a short term lease or a long term living situation. It's about 5 minutes from the Westerly beaches , 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, approximately 1,000 sqft with about a 1/2 acre of land great for hosting events and located at the end of a secluded, private road. I am looking to get $1,800 a month not including utilities. I have been doing air b&b over the summer so it is mostly furnished with beds, sheets, towels a couch, tv and other furniture and comes with a washer and dryer, fridge, stove, etc. Let me know if anyone is interested or has questions! No smoking cigarettes inside, there is a nice patio outside that smoking will be allowed. E-cigarettes inside are fine. I am looking for an off season lease, September-May or June but would be open to a longer or shorter lease. Cats are allowed as long as they are clean, dogs are not allowed.
