Spacious, bright one bedroom available in residential house in a quite area in North Freeport. Looking for a working professional/student who loves dogs (we have 3!) is clean, responsible and looking for a warm, friendly environment to live. House is owned by two young professionals (sisters). Bedroom is not furnished but we are providing a large flat screen tv, tv stand and small refrigerator. All other furniture needs to be supplied by the tenant. Rent includes cable, internet, electricity, above mentioned furniture, access to the kitchen and access to a washer and dryer!Rent is $800 per month and we are looking for someone to move in ASAP.
