This is bright, sunny apartment located on the 3rd floor of a Victorian Mansard. Mansards have really nice windows on the 3rd floor which we love! The unit is bright and gets a lot of sunlight. There is a large livingroom with an area just off to the side which is perfect for a desk. The bathroom was completely renovated 3 years ago and has a white subway tiled shower and modern vanity / light fixture. There is a small roof deck off the bedroom. The floors are hardwood throughout. The unit has central air and gas heat. There is parking for one car. We are soon replacing all the siding on the house with James Hardie in a beautiful color with all new decks and wrapped columns and posts. The landscaping was just redone. The house will stand out on the street when it is complete! There are excellent tenants in the house. We are looking for good tenants with excellent credit. Tenant pays for utilities.
