There is a small fenced in area in the back yard. We have a no smoking policy. Tenants are required to maintain the overall condition of the house submit to inspections twice a year and maintain a clean pest free dwelling. Yards must be kept neat and trimmed and clutter free. We do offer lawn care for a fee depending on the size of the yard. All maintenance issues should be reported immediately to management. First month rent and all deposits due at time of move in, and rent is due each month at that time, we allow a 5 day grace period for late rent.
