Additionally, we are just 10 minutes from Downtown Chicago - making us the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers alike. Security deposit/first month's rent is due on the day of move in and every 30 days thereafter (for the length of lease). No smoking is allowed. Smoking fee is $500. No parties/excessive loud music. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-8AM. Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit. Renters are responsible for doing a house walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the home. PET POLICY: ALL pets must be pre-approved by Host before being allowed at property. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal. Pets must be spayed/neutered. They are not allowed on furniture. Pets must be free from behavioral problems such as excessive barking or howling, chewing, scratching at/near doors and windows, hyper behavior such as jumping up. They must be non-aggressive toward people and animals-if they have a history of aggression, they are not allowed. Pets must be house trained. Please leash dogs while outside to protect neighbors and other dogs.Crate your pup when they're alone indoors. Clean up after pets and dispose of waste in outdoor garbage. Report any injuries, damages, or complaints to Host right away.
