Somers Village is a newer, relaxed, comfortable and active over 55 community. Why buy new when you can own this larger than most beautifully maintained home? Located on a private and "Premium " lot with so many fabulous upgrades. There's a beautiful Four Season SunRoom with cathedral ceilings and a view of the woods and open to the patio. Many of the remaining lots will not accommodate a sun room(APO). Home Theater System that includes a 46" Brava TV and DVD player, hard wired for sound system with Bose speakers, and lots more ask for the list of upgrades. According to the owners the current building costs to build the Hartford Model on a premium lot with privacy and abutting the woods would be considerably more.
