I’ve owned this condo for a long time — only the second owner in the last 40 years — and it’s been a great place to relax and enjoy Lake Guntersville. It’s newly remodeled, with a new HVAC system installed in 2024, and it has some of the best waterfront you’ll find on the lake. It’s a 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo, all on one floor, and there’s room to add an extra bedroom and bathroom down the line if you want to expand. It’s low maintenance, with modest monthly dues and a well-managed, well-capitalized association. There’s a nice pool and clubhouse that are always kept in good shape. The location is hard to beat — right near the junction of Highway 79 and Highway 431 — so it’s easy to get to Huntsville, Guntersville, and Scottsboro. These units don’t come up for sale often, and it’s a small building with only three condos. My two neighbors have been there longer than me, and they’re great people.
