Move in is first months rent plus one months rent for security = $3800 Utilities for BOTH units average $750 a month including electricity, internet, sewer and water but you are responsible for $500 a month of that, due 2 weeks after rent each month. No smoking in the home. You are responsible for maintenance of the small backyard lawn and snow removal. Tenant must produce own credit report with minimum 640 credit score that shows no evictions, and that you pay your bills on time. Steady job required with verifiable income and at least one landlord reference letting me know you pay your rent on time. I'm really easy going and am just looking for reliable, responsible and respectful people. Pets will be on a case by case decision and are $50 extra a month for a pet fee.
