We conduct background and credit checks, and this is a non-smoking home. We aim for a credit score of 550 or above with no felony or housing court infractions. We also prefer a rent-to-income ratio of 3.5 times the annual income. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $300 security deposit and an extra $30 per month. Tenant pays for all utilities
