We're looking for a roommate to fill one private room in the Weehawken/Union City area of NJ for August 1st move-in and we're flexible on the move-in date. The recently renovated three-bedroom, two-bath, ~1,700 sf apartment is on the top level of a three-story walkup on a quiet street. The apartment is spacious with a bright living and dining area, central AC, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There is also a view of the Manhattan skyline from the living room. You'll be sharing the apartment with two other female roommates who are working professionals in the city. Your 10x12 private room is one of the two secondary bedrooms, and you'll share a bathroom with one other roommate, with a 7-foot wide closet and comes partially furnished. You'll share the kitchen, dining, and living room. We have many kitchen supplies already, and the dining/living rooms are partially furnished as well. Utilities are a flat fee of $150 for electricity, water, sewer, gas, internet, and garbage (pretty much everything) The area is very convenient to reach the city, taking about 15 minutes by bus to the Port Authority. There is a grocery store within a 5-minute walk, and a park that overlooks the entire Manhattan skyline about 12 minutes away. It's very quiet and safe, the building has 24/7 cameras and alarms, and has a small back yard as well.
