Why deal with mobile home park rules when you don't have to? I have a 16X76 ( 1216 sq ft), 3br 2bath manufactured home in Mesquite which I am offering for rent. Overall appearance of the home is very nice. You can see from the pics: almost new stainless steel appliances, island kitchen , separate hutch, and master garden tub. The lot is double the size of a regular mobile home park lot. It is fenced on all sides. This is unheard of in a mobile home park which typically allow no fencing. Also, lot includes a large storage shed in the back. This is NOT a mobile home park. There is no park manager! No park rules! Connected with great Mesquite schools!
