SALT Apartments *Apartment unit #4027* Spacious rare, 4th floor, northwest side with view of lake and view of grassy courtyard with trees, peaceful sounds of birds in morning, few neighbors (great for privacy and silence), and very little exposure to direct sunlight due to neighboring condo building creating shade (so the apartment stays cool). This is known to be the best side of the building, also; I scoped it out and transferred into after living at SALT for a couple years. The reason I am leaving has nothing to do with the apartment. I was a pet-free, smoke-free resident here, and I regularly hired professional cleaning services to keep this unit very clean. 2BDR+Loft area (making it a cheaper 3BDR), 2BA, high ceiling, spacious and quiet. Price is $2778+tax+utility. *SALT Apartments* The newer management is good also. The amenities are especially nice; jacuzzi with lake view (24/7), 2 pools (24/7), gym (24/7), the new railway system station is walkable after 2years of construction. Still, Mill Ave is walkable (including restaurants and a Whole Foods), the Tempe Town Lake is right there and offers a nice evening walk with the sunset. Never had an issue with parking in the parking garage, attached to building. The ASU football stadium is also walkable. Close to ASU campus. New tenant would have an option to renew lease in October.
