There is a one car attached garage with washer and dryer hookups and driveway parking for 3 cars. We prefer 2 occupants.We allow a small dog. We will not accept cats. Renter is responsible for utilities (water, trash, gas, electricity). No smoking allowed. Small dog (up to 20 pounds) permitted with additional $25.00 monthly fee.
