Looking for a female subleaser for Spring 2015 (January-July 31st) in a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment. Rent is $595 per month, with utilities, cable and wifi included. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. You will have two other female roommates with their own bed/bath. Parking is on-site, with guest parking available. Apartment is pet friendly. Unit is unfurnished, but I would be happy to leave my furniture behind if needed.
