Market rate units do not have income restrictions and all are welcome to apply. We also offer Section 8 units where rent is based on 30% of the household's gross, annual income. We also offer Tax Credit units where income restrictions apply but the rents are set. Section 8 Vouchers are welcome in these Tax Credit units. A security deposit equal to one month of rent is due with the application. In select units, a $35 application fee per adult is also due with the application.
