Apartment Information This three bedroom/one bathroom apartment is located in the Military area of Buffalo (close to Grant and Amherst). This unit includes a refrigerator, stove, forced heat and air conditioning, carpet floors, laundry hook-ups, yard, porch, and off street parking. This apartment is with-in walking distance of grocery stores (Wegmans and Tops are literally right around the corner), NFTA bus stops (3 and 32), restaurants and other essential locations. Rent and Utilities Rent for this apartment is $800 a month and includes water, trash and sewage. A one year lease and security deposit equal to one month's rent ($800) at lease are due at signing of the lease. Cats and small dogs are allowed with a Pet Rental Agreement and a non-refundable $150 cleaning fee, which can be deducted from your security deposit when you move out. We understand that a lot of people are having financial issues and may not be able to afford their security deposit up front. We strive to work with our current and prospective tenants to make their experience as positive as possible.
