This unit is on a seasonal RV lot located in the foothills of the smokey mountains The name of the park is JAYMAR TRAVEL PARK in Hendersonville NC. The park has a website that you can find on the internet. The fees, including water and sewage is $2200 from May1st through October 31st. You never have to move it. Storage fee for entire winter is $270. When you get ready to leave, you call the RV service guy (or do it yourself) , leave him a $100 bill on the table and leave. In the spring you call him and tell him when we are coming and he flushes your water system so when you get here you are good to go. Activities here are numerous. Chair volleyball twice a week is one of the very popular things to do here and will guarantee to have you laughing . Several organized card games along with Mahjong , Mexican Train, poker and others are played every week. We have a Coffee Kalash every Tuesday with free coffee and donuts.
