It is a very nice neighborhood with no thru traffic, only 2 miles from where they are starting to build the new shopping complex with supposedly food, shopping, businesses, and movie theater on the 43 cross over. The neighbors are all very nice great for kids too. It has a large fenced back yard with outbuilding, clothes line, fruit trees and raised bed gardens. All the major appliances are furnished unless you prefer to use your own. The house has been completely repainted on the inside. The rent does not cover any utilities.
